Refund Policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery, including if you change your mind or order the wrong size. You do not need an account or a reason for a change-of-mind return.

Request a free collection

Email support@etrelonllc.com with your order number. Vellbourne will arrange free collection from your UK mainland address and agree the collection arrangements with you. There are no restocking fees or deductions for return transport.

The returns address is the same as the ETRELON LLC business address shown on our Contact page. Please contact us to arrange collection before sending a return.

Product condition

You may open the packaging and inspect the radiator. Please use the original packaging where possible, but having the original packaging is not an absolute condition of a return. Pack the radiator securely for collection.

If use or installation beyond what is necessary to inspect the radiator reduces its value, we may make a deduction reflecting that reduction in value. We will explain any such deduction. This does not exclude claims for faulty products or limit your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us at support@etrelonllc.com with your order number if your radiator is faulty, arrives damaged or is not the item ordered. Collection is free, and we will provide a remedy in accordance with your consumer rights. These rights are not limited to our commercial 30-day return period.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method and include any standard delivery charge paid where applicable.

We process refunds within 5 working days of collection or receipt of the returned item. For cancellations covered by the statutory right to cancel where we have agreed to collect the goods, we will refund you no later than 14 calendar days after you notify us of your cancellation, even if collection or receipt happens later.

Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to, and does not restrict, your statutory consumer rights.
